The Phoenix boys of Leather would like to congratulate two of our boys, Boy Loki and Boy Shannon on participating in the Mr. Phoenix Leather contest – you both exemplified what it means to have the boy spirit and to be leatherman. Boy Loki is the new 2012 Mr. Phoenix Leather and will represent our community and brotherhood in Chicago at IML this year.

- Nasty Santa: we raised $330 for Valley 1 in 10. Thank you Alan for getting it
all set up.
- Festivis: Marcus tried hard but failed to beat mama Judy in the leg wrestling
competition.
- boys on film: many showed up and all were most enthusiastic about the subject.
Thank you Loki for planning the movies.
New business
- APEX demos: Shannon is setting up the demo for 02/27/2012. He will be starting
a thread on the list to get volunteers.
- Anvil demo night: planning on 03/31/2012. Please email the list if you want to
head this event up.
- boys on film: the Devil Inside on 01/15/2012 at the Arizona center. Time will
be posted on the list.
- Mr. Phoenix Leather Contest: go to www.mrphoenixleather.com for all the
details and times. Come out and support Loki and Shannon who are both running as
contestants. Good luck to both of you!
- Southwest Leather Conference hospitality suite: we have the room on Saturday
01/20/2012 at noon. Marcus will be asking for volunteers to help with the suite
as well as helping with hot dogs and popcorn. The girls of leather will be
helping out as well.
- Gear night: will be on 01/28/2012 at the Anvil.
Southwest Sir and leatherboy: first weekend of March. Keep an eye out for emails
on the matter.
- Officer elections: the following officers were elected for 2012. Good luck
this year!

I just wanted to thank all the boys for their tremendous help and support for the Nasty Santa Fundraiser, last night. I’d also like to thank everyone who donated to 1n10! We raised $320, which is $70 more than last year. And, just as importantly, a lot of fun (and yummy cheesecake) was had by all! There were a few, I noticed, who were not able to make it, last night. We missed you and were thinking about you!

Logan’s Playground Toy Drive: still going on at almost all the bars.
AZ Leather Sir/boy Contest: Dusty is the new AZ Leather boy along with Daddy Mark.
Kink Karnival: Loki, Eagle, and Joe were there and represented the boys.
Gear Night: it was fun and very energetic.
boys on Film (and dinner): it was pretty good, but wait for the movie to come out on DVD.

- Shannon: he will be getting a gay unicorn tattoo and new shoes soon.
- Wax a bear: $1850 was the grand total that was given to Logan’s playground and Joshua Tree.
- Nasty Santa: come dressed as an elf, reindeer or other non-Santa being. It’s on Saturday, 12/17/2011
- boys on film: “don’t be Peter”. It was voted that we will vote online, so go to the site and vote. We will see the movie on Friday, 12/09/2011 at 8ish.
- Mitch’s fundraiser: for This Is HOW. It’s on Sunday, 12/04/2011 at the bunkhouse @4pm – 8.
- Zoo lights: Friday, 11/02/2011 @6. $10 – Join Justice and Loki for a fun night with the zoo animals!
- Thank you notes for wax a bear – see Peter and Clinton to help
- gear night: Will be on New Years Eve and will be at Daddy Kenneth and Marcus’s house. More details will be posted on the group in the next week or two.
- Southwest Leather Conference: January , 01/?/2012. We will be hosting hospitality on Saturday 11/?/2012 @noon. We will need boys to show up and help out.
